This California Privacy Notice at Collection (“Notice”) applies to the personal information of California residents as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its enabling regulations (the “CCPA”). Inferences drawn from other personal information:
- Inferring your personal preferences through purchases or determining your qualifications for a position you apply for based on your application materials.

Under the CCPA, to “share” means to share, disclose, or otherwise communicate or make available (by any means) your personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising.
